Arcustech will be performing scheduled maintenance on the physical Proxmox infrastructure supporting our US East VPS region. This maintenance includes kernel updates and other important security updates that require host reboots.
To complete this work, each physical host will be rebooted individually. Virtual servers hosted on each node will experience a brief interruption while their underlying host restarts. Individual service interruptions are expected to last only a few minutes per host, and customers should not expect to experience downtime for the entire maintenance window.
We have reserved a two-hour maintenance window to allow sufficient time to complete the updates in a controlled manner and verify that all systems return to normal operation before concluding the maintenance.
Expected Impact
* Brief VPS interruptions while the underlying physical host reboots. * Individual outages are expected to last only a few minutes. * Maintenance will be performed in stages throughout the window.
