Our team will be performing scheduled maintenance and software upgrades across various components of our Gen5 Dashboard infrastructure during this four-hour maintenance window.
The upgrades will be completed in phases, with each phase expected to cause only a brief interruption of a few minutes while changes are applied and tested. The Gen5 Dashboard will not be unavailable for the entire four-hour window, but customers may experience several brief periods of intermittent availability as we progress through the upgrades.
